Water and wastewater systems are critically dependent on their assets and for the service to be efficient and sustainable, it is critical to ensure that these assets are properly managed. Infrastructure asset management is part of the solution with the fundamental goal to preserve and extend the service life of long-term infrastructure assets through maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement.

  Home Owner Associations (HOA) facility assets and building systems need to be dependable, efficient and sustainable and it is critical to ensure that these assets are properly managed. Infrastructure asset management is part of the solution. In the long term, infrastructure maintenance and upkeep of existing equipment can reduce overall costs. 

• Plan, develop, and coordinate standardized asset and maintenance programs
• Review design projects for proper equipment asset identification and tagging
• Develop preventative maintenance plans and job plans utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts to determine the best efficient equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with Client the collection and input of asset and equipment data into Asset Infrastructure Management software for both new and modified equipment
• Conduct facility site visits to gather data asset information.
• Use RCM software to organize, tabulate and document maintenance and job plans
